What data LumberLinq holds from Facebook
When you sign in to LumberLinq using Facebook Login, Facebook shares a minimal set of profile data with us. This is the only Facebook-sourced data we store — we do not access your posts, friends list, messages, or any other Facebook content.

We do not store your Facebook user ID, access tokens, or any other Facebook-specific identifiers beyond initial authentication.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request
Email us at support@lumberlinq.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your LumberLinq account so we can locate your data.
We confirm receipt
You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days acknowledging your request and providing a reference number.
Data is deleted
All personal data received from Facebook (name, email address, and profile picture) will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your confirmed request.
Confirmation sent
Once deletion is complete, we will send you a final confirmation email. Your LumberLinq account will also be closed if no other login method was configured.
Prefer to delete your account yourself?
You can delete your LumberLinq account directly from within the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including any data received from Facebook, within 30 days.

To fully disconnect LumberLinq from your Facebook account, you should also remove the app permission on Facebook's side:
- 1 Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
- 2 Find LumberLinq in the list of connected apps.
- 3 Click Remove to revoke access.
Revoking on Facebook alone does not delete data already stored by LumberLinq. Please also submit a deletion request using the steps above.
